Since the new app is a big upgrade from the old one, you are going to have to create a new account. Don't forget to cancel your old subscription when you move into your new home for all things training. If you need help please contact support at info @hybridperformancemethod.com.

You don't have to switch right away if you don't want to. We plan on creating something for everybody in the new app while supporting the old platform as long as we need to. If we decide to wind down the old platform, you will know well in advance.

Yes. Access to the app is free. Once you buy a month's worth of workouts or a full one time payment program , you get to keep your workouts.

Normally, the newer you are to training, the heavier you are, or the longer a break you have taken before getting back to training, the easier it is to gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously.

Cardio is that thing you do to stay alive. Lifting weights is great, but complemented well by some “huffing and puffing” every once in a while.

You don't need to do endless cardio to lose fat. In reality you don't HAVE to do any cardio. But a little bit of movement here and there at an elevated heart rate will make you a healthier person and a better athlete.

Some HYBRID programs have assigned “cardio”, others do not. It depends on your goals. All programs can help you lose fat and/or gain muscle. Total daily activity and nutrition determine that more than anything.

If your program doesn't have cardio and you want to add it in, consult the expert coaches in the Facebook group. We have plenty of options to fit your needs.

When you join TEAM HYBRID Training you get access to ALL of our training programs plus get access to the private Facebook group to hang with all HYBRID coaches and team members. 

Each course is a bit different but you can get through each in 3-5 hours.

Each course includes short video lessons and a downloadable version of the notes. 

You will have access for the life of the course and can keep your course notes forever!

We recommend taking your time going through the courses in bite size chunks, a little each day. All videos are designed to be short and digestible so you can carve out some time consistently to make progress and retain as much as possible. Depending on your learning style, you might take additional notes, rewatch key videos and thoughtfully complete practical exercises. The concepts are important but they are lost unless you put them into practice regularly.
